2650 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using any services offered by 2650. By registering for or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.
These terms apply to all users of the 2650 platform in Malaysia. Effective date: 1 January 2026.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 2650 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must stop using the platform immediately.
Use of the 2650 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout continued use.
- Be legally eligible to participate in online betting activities in your jurisdiction.
- Not enrolled in any gambling self-exclusion programme.
- Not using the platform on behalf of another person or business entity without written authorisation from 2650.
2650 reserves the right to request proof of identity or age at any time and may suspend an account until satisfactory verification is provided.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 2650 platform. Opening multiple accounts under the same user is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
You must use your real name, a valid phone number, and an active email address. False or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed without prior notice.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. 2650 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
All activity conducted through your account is considered to have been authorised by you, unless you have reported unauthorised access to us in writing.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 2650 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). 2650 supports approved local payment methods including FPX Online Banking and e-wallets listed on the platform at the time of use.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the thresholds set within the platform and may change without prior notice.
- Successful deposits are typically credited to your account instantly. If you experience a delay, please contact customer support.
- 2650 is not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by your bank or third-party payment providers.
- Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated on the platform, subject to successful identity verification.
- 2650 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for compliance review or additional verification purposes.
- Funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise specified.
Any attempt to commit fraud, money laundering, or abuse of the payment system will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account in question will be closed immediately.
Usage Rules, Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from using the 2650 platform for the following purposes:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Taking any action that could compromise the stability, security, or integrity of the platform's systems.
- Sharing or transferring your account to another party.
- Using the platform for commercial or promotional purposes without authorisation.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or exploiting technical vulnerabilities.
Limitation of Liability
2650 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or specific losses arising from the use of the platform, service interruptions, technical failures, or betting outcomes. Services are provided on an "as is" basis with no guarantee of continuous availability.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 2650 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 2650 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written authorisation.
Suspension, Account Closure & Changes to Terms
Suspension & Closure
2650 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in cases of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, suspicious activity, or at the request of relevant authorities. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the circumstances.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting [email protected]. Requests will be processed within seven business days, subject to no outstanding transactions.
Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law
2650 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the platform. Users who continue to use the platform after any amendment are deemed to have accepted the updated terms. You are encouraged to review this page periodically.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the 2650 platform shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
